DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • We send all our parcels using Second Class, Signed for - (Royal Mail).
  • We charge £2.00 per order. (UK mainland only)  
  • We aim to deliver as quickly as we can but please allow 3-5 working days, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays to receive your order. 

 

European and international postage cost as follows:

  • European - Standard European £9.95
  • International - Standard International £15.50 

 

REFUND POLICY

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. You then have 14 days to return the item(s) back to us.  

To be eligible for a return:

All items returned must be in perfect saleable condition. We reserve the right to decide if an item is sellable. If an item is not sellable we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Items must meet the following criteria for you to receive a refund.

  • Tags have not been removed.
  • Items don't smell of smoke, perfume, aftershave.
  • Have not been washed.
  • Unmarked, not soiled or damaged in any way.
  • Footwear soles are unmarked.
  • Footwear not worn outside

Items must be returned back to us within 28 days of the customer receiving the item(s), this includes postage time. Please allow up to 5 days for your item(s) to get back to us. 

You will receive an email notification once your refund / exchange is complete. If you request an exchange but we are unable to fulfil, we will issue a refund. Please check that the item that you wish to exchange for is in stock before sending the item back to avoid any disappointment. 

It is the customer's responsibility to cover postage costs for any returned items.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
